Terms of payment

PAYMENT IN INSTALLMENTS UNTIL THE COMPLETION OF THE CONSTRUCTION

  • First installment 30% - upon conclusion of the preliminary contract
  • II installment 30% - upon completion of construction works
  • III installment 30% - after the end of the "gray phase"
  • IV installment 10% - when picking up the keys
